I have to be home when the cleaning services are provided?
The choice is
yours. Our cleaning services can be provided whether or not you
are home. If it is convenient and secure for you to allow Xtreme
to clean your home while you are away, you can issue a key. That
key will be kept in a secure place before and after the day of your
cleaning.

do I know your service fits my needs?
At
Xtreme we will provide you with a detailed list of what our regular
cleaning service includes. This service is based on the most common
services requested by our customers. If these services do not meet
your needs then we can add or remove services. At Xtreme we can
design a package specifically tailored to fill your needs. Our Goal
is 100% Customer Satisfaction, no questions asked!

much do your services cost?
Our services
vary depending on the size of the home being cleaned and the frequency
of the cleaning. Our maintenance plans provide you a quality service
at a discounted rate. Maintenance plans can be set up on weekly,
bi-weekly, or monthly service plans. Please call for a free, no
obligation estimate.

Are your rates more
expensive than other cleaning services?
Our rates are
very competitive. At Xtreme, we strongly believe that you get what
you pay for. Our company prides itself on offering unmatched customer
service along with a high quality cleaning service. You can count
on us for ALL of your cleaning needs.

How
do I pay?
If you are not going to be home, you may leave a
check or cash for the staff. If you are present when the cleaning is complete, you may pay our staff directly. We also accept all major credit cards. If you set up
a maintenance plan then we can set you up for monthly billing after
three months of service.

if I forget to leave a payment?
Payment is due
at the time of service. If the staff arrives and there is no payment,
we will leave an invoice and you can pay it on your following service.*

Do
I have to commit to a contract?
No. We rely
on our superior service to retain you as a client.

What
if I have to cancel or reschedule?
No problem.
We just require a 24-hour notice for any schedule changes. If we
are not notified within 24-hours you will be charged a $40.00 lock-out
fee. If you call after hours please, leave a message. Telling our
staff member will not be enough.

Do
you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer
very nice gift certificates with envelopes for your friends or loved
ones. You can have these gift certificates mailed directly to your
loved one or we can mail them to you.

Do
you use your own supplies and equipment?
We provide the
necessary supplies and equipment required by our staff to clean
your home. If you prefer us to use your own supplies, we will be
more than happy to accommodate any of your requests.

Can
I count on you to be there?
Yes, we always
show up because we value your time. We know how frustrating it can
be to have appointments cancelled. In the event that your cleaning
services cannot be performed on the required date, we will notify
you 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointments.

can I provide feedback on your services?
We provide you
with a customer survey form on the each and every cleaning. Please
feel free to fill out this customer survey form and list any discrepancies
that you may have. The only way that we can find out if you are
a dissatisfied customer is to hear from you. We want to ensure
that your 100% satisfied on each and every cleaning that we provide.

do I know that you will do a good job?
We take great
pride in our work and go to great lengths to make sure that you
will be satisfied each and every time. We provide all of our employees
with a thorough training program. We also offer incentives to our
employees for the quality of their work as judged by you and other
clients. If there is ever a problem, we will fix it, no questions
asked.

What
if something is missing from my home?
This is never
a good feeling. We suggest that you try to remain calm. Retrace
your steps. We have found that 99% of the time whatever is missing
will be found within 24-hours. (It happens all the time). However,
if it is not found or the disappearance is obvious, please give
us a call immediately. Give us a complete description along with
any serial numbers or distinctive markings. We will work diligently
with our insurance and bonding companies to correct the situation
as quickly as possible.

if something is broken or damaged while the housekeeper is cleaning?
Our staff takes
every precaution possible to protect your property. We know that
accidents do happen. In the event of any property damage, please
call us within 24-hours to report the loss. We will immediately
contact our insurance agency.
