Maintenance Cleaning is designed to be set up on a recurring basis. Our scheduled cleanings can be performed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

In some instances a complete cleaning (Deep Cleaning) will be necessary before a maintenance plan can be set up. This is determined by the condition of the house. You will be notified upon our arrival if your home is in need of a deep cleaning.

BATHROOMS
Scrub and disinfect floors
Scrub and disinfect all toilets, tubs and showers
Scrub and disinfect bathroom sinks
Wash countertops
Clean mirrors
Remove trash
Fold Towels
Clean and polish fixtures
Wipe light bulbs
Remove cobwebs

KITCHENS
Wash outside refrigerator
Clean outside of stove
Clean stovetop and kitchen burners
Wash outside of dishwasher
Wipe down all kitchen appliances
Wash all kitchen counters
Sweep/wash hard surface floors
Scrub and disinfect sinks
Wipe down inside/outside microwave
Cleanout toaster oven
Remove trash
Remove cobwebs

ALL ROOMS
Sweep/Mop all hard surface floors
Vacuum all carpeted areas
Dust furniture and wall hangings
Remove trash
Tidy and organize
Remove Cobwebs
Air freshener
Change linens/make beds (3-5 per bed)
Please leave clean sheets out if you would like them changed.

We provide all supplies unless there is a specific product that you would like us to use.
